Day 317

March 4

This is one of our guinea pigs. I don't really know which one. We're trying to find new homes for them, because we're ready to be done with "small mammal pets".

Day 77

Sarah's best friend came home with us after church today, and they went out to take some leftover potluck foods (cooked-to-death peas, blech) to the chickens. They came running in all excited that they found a tiny egg. It's the size that a juvenile hen would lay, which is kind of funny for four-year-old hens! (I included a comparison pic with one of their usual eggs)

Day 73

We took our Guinea pigs to VBS tonight, and so did Sarah's BFF. The 5 piggies had a little "play date" as all the kids (80 of them) came through and took turns petting them. Ours are the two calico ones.
