Day 92

Slinky got out of the house when Sarah accidentally left the door open 18 days ago. We saw her a week ago and borrowed a live animal trap from a friend and we caught her this morning! She's settled right back into being our house kitty - she's sitting in her usual spot at my feet as I type! You can see by the pictures that she doesn't appear to be any worse for her experience, but I'm taking her to the vet for a check-up tomorrow, just in case.

    Yay!!! *cheers* I'm so glad she's returned home safe and sound and settled right back into her normal life. I suspect after having to deal with wild cats and stray dogs and raccoons and cars and birds... she's probably quite happy to be in her temprature-controled, food-available, people-petting home. :-D
